Heat, pressure and grind decide the cup. Serve three recipes with at least two accepted shots.
Open the counter. Heat into the recipe band before pumping; choose your grind first.
Pull a balanced shot
Set grind before the first drop. Toggle the heater to reach the temperature band. Hold Pump to build pressure, release to let it fall; vent drops it quickly. Flow passes through the grind resistance into the cup. Keep most liquid within the requested temperature and pressure bands, then Stop & serve within ±5g of the yield target. At least 65% balanced liquid earns acceptance. Three orders; two accepted wins the shift.
Fine grind slows flow and gives more control. High pressure channels the puck; temperature outside the recipe produces sour or bitter liquid. Recipe values are simplified game rules, not brewing advice.
